For equipment priced over $25,000, we require a 30% down payment within 5 business days of signing the sales agreement. For equipment under $25,000, full payment (100%) is required upfront. The down payment reserves the equipment and covers delivery preparation, transportation arrangements, and related logistics expenses.

The remaining 70% is due after delivery of the equipment to your location, allowing you to verify the equipment meets your expectations.

We accept bank wire transfers for all equipment purchases due to the high-value nature of the transactions.

Delivery typically takes 3-14 business days depending on your location and the specific equipment. We provide an estimated delivery date at purchase.

Delivery is included at no additional cost to all locations within the continental United States.

You have three business days after receiving the equipment to inspect and test it. Any issues must be reported in writing during this period for a full refund option.

We provide a three-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures not resulting from improper use. This includes free replacement parts.

While we don’t provide direct financing, we can recommend several trusted equipment financing companies offering competitive rates for qualified buyers.

This direct purchase model benefits you in several ways. It creates a clear chain of ownership, provides you with more transparency about the equipment’s history, and establishes a direct warranty relationship with the original owner while still giving you our full support throughout the process.
